I think that art, especially visual art, can serve as a vehicle to create a stillness of mind, so that a sense of presence in the now can happen. In my work I try to make that happen by making visual expressions of what is not visible. The lines and colours form the trace of an emotional motion, allowing what is behind, to shine trough the surface of the reality.
